About Us:

Sharon Marie Entz grew up on a central Kansas wheat farm, where she learned the joy of producing food from the field to the table.
After graduating from Kansas State University with a degree in Milling Science & Management, she spent ten years working in the milling industry. In 2012, she decided to pursue a dream. She converted her garage into a small bakery so that she could produce her own field-to-table bread.
Crust & Crumb Co.'s bread starts with a slow fermentation process that develops a complex flavor and a delicate crumb. The thick & crunchy crust is created by baking at a high temperature in a steamy oven. The bread sits directly on the oven hearth and during the baking process water is injected into the oven.
Crust & Crumb Co bread is available for purchase at your local grocery store. There are four delicious kinds of bread; White, Wheat Sourdough, Baguettes and Ciabatta.
