About Us:
Orie's Farm Fresh is a regenerative (beyond organic!) urban farm nestled in the heart of NW Wichita. We specialize in growing roughly 20 varieties of local garlic, as well as a wide array of seasonal vegetables – all without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. Focusing on soil health, we utilize sustainable practices like composting, hügelkultur, crop rotation, cover cropping, and tarping garden beds to let the soil rest. To encourage biodiversity and resist monoculture practices, we interplant many of our crops and maintain brome pasture between gardens. We're passionate about growing healthy, nutrient dense foods for our family and yours while respecting and working with nature. In addition to garlic and vegetables, we also offer black garlic, smoked garlic, and have a full line of handcrafted seasonings highlighting the garlic, herbs, and vegetables we grow regeneratively on our farm.
