At Gypsum Hills Natural, we proudly produce premium grass-fed, grass-finished beef right here in Kansas. Our vertically integrated operation allows us to manage every step of the process—from ranching to processing and delivery. Our cattle are raised on native pastures in the beautiful Gypsum Hills region, known for its red-tinged canyons and mesas, providing a natural and sustainable environment for livestock.
Our Operations & Facilities
Ranching: Our cattle are raised on our own Gypsum Hills Ranch, where we prioritize animal welfare and maintain high standards of care.
Processing: All of our beef is hand-cut at our USDA-certified facility, Medicine Lodge Meat Co., ensuring quality, consistency, and food safety.
Packaging & Shipping: We package our products using eco-friendly, insulated materials from Kodiakooler® and ship directly from our facility to customers across Kansas. Fractional beef shares can be delivered to homes throughout the Wichita metro area.
Our Product Offerings
We offer a wide range of high-quality beef products:
Individual Cuts: Including sirloin, KC strip, filet mignon, ribeye, chuck roast, brisket, and steak burger grind.
Ground Beef: Available in bulk boxes with special pricing for larger orders.
Fractional Beef Shares: Customers can reserve 1/4, 1/2, or whole steers, with home delivery available in the Wichita area.
