We started with our family’s homemade Vietnamese Eggrolls, a recipe that has been passed down for generations. Now, our menu has grown into breakfast eggrolls, potstickers, Vietnamese iced coffee, and trendy boba drinks. Our eggrolls and potstickers will be fried fresh at each event for buyers try/sample before they purchase. The eggrolls and potstickers will be sold frozen or fresh. The motivation of this business is to raise funds for medical school.
