By milling our wheat in-house, we retain its full nutritional value, delivering flour in its purest, most wholesome form. We sell a ariaty of stone-gound wheat flours. Our best sellers are our heritage Turkey Red wheat flour and sifted heritage Turkey Red wheat flour. We also sell a very popular high protein all-purpose stone-ground flour that consists of a combination of heritage turkey red wheat, hard white, and soft white wheat. All of our wheat is glyphosate free!
