Maze Ranch Beef, LLC

The Maze Ranch lies in the heart of the beautiful Gyp Hills located 12 miles southwest of Medicine Lodge, Kansas. Our steers are grain finished on a 3 step ration we purchase from our local farmer's cooperative. We also feed them our own alfalfa hay that we produce right here at the ranch. Our steers are fattened for 120 days and will then hang for 3 weeks after they are harvested before they are processed. The way we feed our steers and the type of cattle they are, makes for the wonderful marbling and flavor you will find when you eat our beef. Maze Ranch Beef is always available for sale by the pound, but we have wholes, halves & quarters available seasonally. Here at Maze Ranch Beef, LLC, we know how important it is for all of us to know where our food comes from and the people who produce it.
