Berries & Cream Chocolate Noodles

Phil's Chocolate Pasta is a unique and delicious treat. Try it topped with these 2 sauces!

  1. Cook 8 oz. of chocolate pasta in boiling water for 7-8 minutes.

  2. Drain immediately, and run under cool water to stop cooking. Drain again.

  3. Plate the chocolate pasta topped with Berry Balsamic Sauce & Cream Cheese Vanilla Cream.

Berry Balsamic Sauce:



  1. Place berries, balsamic vinegar, and sugar into a saucepan on the stovetop, turned to medium heat.

  2. Gently stir until the sugar has dissolved.

  3. Bring to a boil for 1 minute.

  4. Turn the heat to low; add vanilla and simmer for approx 15 minutes (until thick & syrupy).

  5. Remove from heat and spoon over chocolate pasta, or reserve for later. (Leave to cool and then refrigerate)

Cream Cheese Vanilla Cream:


  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 4 oz. cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 tsp. vanilla


  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

  2. Use immediately, or store in the refrigerator, covered, for 2 days.
