Chicken Chile Fajitas

These delicious fajitas will quickly become a dinnertime staple!

  1. Heat skillet to medium-high heat; add vegetable oil.

  2. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until the meat starts to turn white.

  3. Add garlic, fajita seasoning, and Chile Slinger BBQ Rub; turn heat down to medium, and continue cooking.

  4. Add salsa, peppers, and onions; stir to combine. Place a lid over the skillet to steam the veggies for about 5-10 minutes.

  5. Remove the lid and add lime juice; toss to combine.

  6. Warm tortillas while the fajitas finish cooking.

  7. Serve fajitas on tortillas, topped with shredded cheese (or your choice of toppings.) ENJOY!
