These delicious fajitas will quickly become a dinnertime staple!

2 Tb vegetable oil
2 lb chicken thighs or breasts (sliced into strips)
1 clove minced garlic
2 Tb fajita seasoning
1 jar of your favorite salsa
1 green bell pepper (sliced)
1 red bell pepper (sliced)
1 yellow bell pepper (sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
2 Tb lime juice
Heat skillet to medium-high heat; add vegetable oil.
Add chicken to the skillet and cook until the meat starts to turn white.
Add garlic, fajita seasoning, and Chile Slinger BBQ Rub; turn heat down to medium, and continue cooking.
Add salsa, peppers, and onions; stir to combine. Place a lid over the skillet to steam the veggies for about 5-10 minutes.
Remove the lid and add lime juice; toss to combine.
Warm tortillas while the fajitas finish cooking.
Serve fajitas on tortillas, topped with shredded cheese (or your choice of toppings.) ENJOY!
