Ingredients:
Salt & pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 Tb olive oil
1 Tb butter (unsalted)
6 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup water
2 Tb vinegar (rice wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, or white vinegar)
Wild rice (prepared as directed)
Directions:
Preheat broiler or grill (med-high heat).
Season Phil's Farm Turkey Chops with salt, pepper, & garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over med-high heat; sear turkey chops on both sides until golden brown and cooked through (4-5 minutes per side). Transfer to a plate and set aside.
Melt butter in the same pan; sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Add honey, water, and vinegar. Continue to cook until the sauce begins to thicken (3-4 minutes), stirring occasionally.
Add the turkey chops back into the pan; baste generously with the sauce.
Broil or grill the turkey chops for about 1-2 minutes.
Serve over a bed of wild rice.
