Orange Beef Stir Fry

This simple stir fry features a sweet & delicious sauce!

Ingredients:

  • 1 boneless sirloin tip steak - 2 lb (fat trimmed and sliced into 1/4 inch thick strips)

  • 1 Tb olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp ginger

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 navel orange (juice), plus zest from 1/2 orange

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 16 oz sugar snap peas

  • Optional: fresh mushrooms (sliced)

  • Optional: water chestnuts (drained)

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, add oil, then saute beef until browned on both sides.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

  3. Then simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until beef is cooked through.

  4. Enjoy!
