Unbelievably fantastic! Serves 6

2+ Tb of your favorite Twisted Pepper Rub (Coffee Chile, Outlaws Seasoning, Texas Steak, or Tuscan Garlic Seasoning)
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 Tb. white cooking wine (or your favorite wine)
Combine in zip-lock baggie: Twisted Pepper Rub, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and white wine.
Place steaks in baggie, coat well. Refrigerate for 2-8 hours before grilling.
Preheat Grill to 220*F. Place steaks on grill and cook for 20 - 25 minutes, depending on size and height of steak.
Take steaks off, heat up grill to 500*F. Put steak back on grill and cook both sides for about 4-7 minutes each, depending on your preference of doneness.
