Tomato Basil Links & Pasta

This is the perfect dish to make when you need something flavorful and satisfying on the table in 30 minutes or less! Add some veggies and crushed red pepper flakes to give it some extra depth.

  1. Cook the pasta in a generously-salted pot of boiling water, until it is just one minute shy of being al dente (about 7 minutes).

  2. To make the Aglio E Olio Sauce: Heat the olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add sliced garlic, and sauté for about 3-5 minutes, or until the garlic is lightly golden.

  3. Once the pasta is ready to go, transfer the pasta immediately to the sauté pan, along with about 1/2 cup of the hot pasta water.

  4. Toss the pasta continuously until it is evenly coated in the garlic sauce. (If the sauce looks a bit too dry, add in another 1/4 cup of the pasta water.)

  5. Top with any toppings of your choice (stemmed broccoli, fresh basil, crushed red pepper, etc) and serve immediately. Enjoy!
