Twice Baked Potatoes

Try different variations with your favorite Twisted Pepper Dip Mixes!

Serves 4

  • 4 potatoes

  • 1-2 Tb of your favorite Twisted Pepper Dip Mix

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • Shredded cheese (of your choice)

  • Optional: bacon bits, BBQ meats, cream cheese, chives


  1. Wash and dry 4 baking potatoes. Pierce with fork in several places to allow steam to escape during cooking. Bake potatoes in oven at 350°F for 1 hour, or until soft. Remove from oven and cool slightly.

  2. Cut potatoes in half, lengthwise, and scoop out the inside leaving a thin shell.

  3. In a medium bowl, mash potatoes adding milk, butter, sour cream and dip mix; add more milk if needed.

  4. Fill potato skins with mashed potato mixture. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, and any other toppings of your choice. Set on cookie sheet or prepared plank.

  5. Grill or bake at 375°F for 10-15 minutes.

  6. Garnish with fresh chives before serving.
