Corn Casserole

A variation of the Paula Deen Southern Corn Casserole recipe!


  • 1 can sweet corn (drained)

  • 1 can cream-style corn

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 stick melted butter (1/2 cup)

  • 1 egg

  • 1 package corn muffin mix (8 oz)

  • A large spoonful of Holmes Made Cowboy Candy (to taste)

  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)


  1. Preheat oven to 350*.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the 2 cans of corn, sour cream, butter, and egg.

  3. Add a spoonful of Holmes Made Cowboy Candy (more or less, to taste.)

  4. Pour into a greased casserole dish.

  5. Bake at 350*F for 45 minutes.

  6. Top with shredded cheese (of your preference), and bake for another 5 minutes.
